I have navy and the light grey.Btw the heel is lowered at the ankle and padded, so no rubbing there. I do have a slim foot, and they are snug. No heel slip, as the heel cup is secure. Love them.If your going off on vacation this summer, and plan on walking a good bit and want more than just sandals, these cloudsteppers are every bit as comfy as the other 10 pair of cloudsteppers I've owned. I live in the tropics, so I'll try an ultra thin cotton sock at first. If your're used to slip ons, you might not need them. Almost as comfortable as my $160 trail runners, that don't look good with anything.
