Sorel Women's Waterproof Winter Boots - Comfortable Snow Shoes for Cold Weather, Hiking & Outdoor Activities

Size uo .5-1 and you’ll love them forever!I bought these in spring so I have not tested these in the Minnesota winters yet. I was able to wear them in some 40 degree weather and they were so warm and comfortable. The boots look great and are so stylish. Literally look good with everything. I don't expect to use these for hard core winter activities but these should be great for running errands and taking the dog out in the winter.Great quality & warm. This shoe runs the slightest bit small. I wear a 9, had to exchange for 9.5. Also it is a more narrow fit.I already own Sorel, so I knew they made a great shoe. I absolutely love this pair. I'm an women's size 8.5, 90% of the time, and these are a tad snug(narrow) a 9 would have been better probably but then again they're more narrow than "short" so that may have not mattered. To add to the narrow, the tongue is attached inside the top of the shoe and the part it attaches to rubs a bit. Thick socks help :). Overall I'd order again because I just love them so much, I'd probably go up a half size though. The sole is very cushioned, too!Just got these and hiked the snowy Grand Tetons and I was surprised to find out that they’re waterproof but also have great traction. Thank god I have narrow feet otherwise you will be uncomfortable. The boots are very warm and not bulky. Worth the purchase.These shoes are so adorable. I've been looking at them for over a year, but living in Florida, I never needed them. This year, I will be traveling in the winter, so I ordered them. I absolutely love the look of them. The rugged sole and the colors, as well as the materials make this shoe a very stylish choice. Unfortunately, my true size 7.5, as well as a size 8 both didn't fit me. The toebox is extremely tight and didn't seem much wider in the bigger size. The bigger size only made the shoe longer, which made the it look huge on me. Since I didn't wear the shoes anywhere, I can't speak on the warmth of them. But as far as I can tell from trying them on, they seemed very warm and cozy. They have a fleece inner lining which seems to keep your feet nice and warm.4 stars bcuz of sizing. Beautiful shoes but they run small. I ordered my normal size (8) but my toe was touching the end of the shoe and the toe box was too tight. Sadly, I had to send them back bcuz they didn't fit.I have gotten compliments since the first time i wore these boots.And the warmest boots I have ever worn. First day worn on a trip to colorado and ended up risking a 4 mile hike trying to summit a peak. Never was uncomfortable. Never got cold toes. Held up wonderfully and glad i didn't ruin them LOL. wear around town now.They are very narrow and if you have a wide foot at all i don't know how you'd feel about them. But i was so pleased to find a boot i didn't have to double sock just to prevent them from sliding around. I don't order narrow shoes, but definitely have a more narrow foot.i love love love these boots and already have a family member and a friend who just ordered a pair after seeing mineI am a true uk 8. Which I and Russell & Bromley and any other decent shoe company in Great Britain consider a true 8 to be 42. Now, with European sizes they consider 42 a 9. I ordered originally an 8 I got a euro 40 arrive which is a uk 7 anyway. I ordered a 41 elsewhere and they were too small. Ordered a 42, they were massive and a terrible fit. Seems to be a need for halve sizes in this brand. Very confusing. Also there is a big shortage of these for some reason. Maybe popular for those who are not half sizes in these boots. Gave up in the end. I also have had trouble getting my full refund back of p&p after receiving the wrong size! Not great experience at allDidn't even both trying on. Opened box to find shoe material with many scuffs and scratches that couldn't be rubbed off as seen in picture 3. Sole appears glued in areas and toe glued and uneven as seen in last picture. Logo not real Sorel logo. If you look at real shoe store the logo has indentation in half circle behind bear. (Added picture to show).Loved the look of these and was so excited. Very disappointed to say the least. Don't trust Amazon for shoes as this has happened previously with other brands as well. Quality Control needed Amazon!These are absolutely amazing boots by Sorel. They are lightweight and extremely comfortable BUT they do run small. I ordered a 7, which is my size in several other Sorel boots, as well as my typical footwear size and my toes are right to the end. I think a 7.5 would be perfect, but since they were sold out I opted for an 8 and they’ll be fine with a winter weight sock. So I recommend these 100% but just keep in mind to size up 1/2-1 size and you’ll be golden. I got the caramel colour and they’re exactly as pictured on the site and I love the grey felted inserts.Cute boots but super narrow even in a size up.
