I love this brand A LOT and have a good number of items from them. Great quality and fit is always perfect.This dress was a gift (so I cannot even return/replace it without the order number) but I know they bought it here. Unfortunately the first day wearing it, out of nowhere, one of the shoulder strap’s elastic snapped inside. I wish I could get a replacement because it was perfect and I love it!* Only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is due to the elastic snapping
