I just got my shoes in the mail and am so happy with them. I have long toes and bunions on both feet, one side worse than the other. These shoes make my feet look cute from every angle! The strap perfectly covers the bunions and makes them disappear. The almond shape of the toe goes right along with my long toes. The ankle strap makes my ankles look smaller and the wedge gives great height. I normally wear an 8.5, but after reading other reviews I went down to size 8 on these. They fit perfectly, definitely size down for the best fit. I'd call these comfortable, but not outrageously so. The wedge is stable and easy to walk in and they feel light and easy, but the ball of the toe could use a little more cushion. Nothing a slim sandal insert can't fix. I'm more excited that such a cool, minimal sandal could make my feet look so pretty. Thanks Seychelles!I usually wear a 9 ½, I ordered a 9 and it fit a bit too tight. If they had this shoe in a 9 ¼ it would have been perfect. The 3 stars are for the quality, however. I returned it because I thought it just didn't look like a good/well-made shoe (it might well be, but I'll never know). The gold band at the front is a bit unfinished. The shoe itself is a bit narrow. I do have wide feet, but not overly wide. I've worn these types of shoes before and never had a problem. It is a pretty shoe.These shoes are fabulous. I ordered them in Whiskey and I took reviewers' advice and ordered 1/2 size down; it was the right call. I've only worn them once, but they are quite comfortable in the footbed. The ankle strap doesn't hurt, but it does pull a bit if you are crouching down, etc. I think that I just need to find the right tightness and it will work out just fine. The shoe is quite sexy with skinny jeans either rolled up and showing off the ankle strap, or down and covering it. I may order in another color and/or as gifts for my mom and sister.These are gorgeous shoes. I love the color, they're great for the warm weather. They are exactly as pictured, be mindful the front toe strap is suede and the rest of the shoe is leather. I find them reasonably comfortable, the heel isn't too high but is still fashionable and flattering. After a few hours on my feet they did start to hurt though, they are still heels after all. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and will be enjoying them this summer.Seychells makes a great shoe! They are always so comfortable and I never suffer from that "first time shoe wearing blister". These shoes were no exception! The other reviews are right in saying that they do run a little large. I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2 and I usually get the half size because I like a little extra room. The half size fits nicely, a little loose, but the strap keeps my foot in nicely. These shoes are so flattering, easy to walk in, and comfortable. No part of this shoe squeezes my foot and pinches. GREAT BUY!I want all the colors ha!As the other reviewers have noted, this shoe runs large. I am usually a 7.5-8, but I purchased a 7 and it was the right fit. Definitely purchase a half size down! This is a beautiful shoe that is unique and stylish but still conservative enough to wear to work. It's fairly comfortable---just don't expect to be able to walk miles.This is my new favorite brand of shoe! I usually wear a 6 1/2 or 7, but these do tend to run a bit large. I bought a size 6 and they fit perfect. They are SO comfortable and required zero break in. The first time I wore them was for about 5 hours while out shopping. I didn't have any discomfort, blisters or achy feel. The strap is wide enough so there isn't toe cleavage and the heel fit snug so there wasn't any rubbing. This is my 3rd pair of Seychelles and I'm quite sure, it won't be my last.This pair is the second pair I had to buy because the first were too big. I bought a 9 initially and I usually am an 8.5-9.5 depending on how wide the shoe is and what kind of shoe it is (flat, heel, etc). The 9 was really big, not even wearable. The 8 was perfect.
